Why is someone elses clickbank hoplink showing up

Solution This is a common misconception about the Clickbank module.

As it is displayed it almost looks like an Adsense block . This is what comes with Affiliate Mage

Many users will use Content Mage to pull articles from Article Directories and these Articles will already have Clickbank Links (from other people) embedded in them

So you get the link with the article.
